🔹 Posterior crossbite corrected (right side) with a palatal expander, widening the upper jaw so the teeth fit together properly.
🔹 Midlines improving as the lower jaw is no longer shifting to the right to compensate for a narrow upper arch.
By expanding the palate and correcting the mandibular shift, we’re helping support balanced jaw growth, better function, and long-term stability — not just straighter teeth.
